KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quality customer service and customer care in support for Milgard customer base.
• Communicate professionally with Milgard external customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
• Support the customer service process by working extensively with all departments as necessary.
• Pull customer pick up/will call orders.

• Works toward department and company KPI expectations and goals; reflects Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
• Incorporates Milgard’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the Milgard values.

• Adheres to all facets of safety policies and procedures.

Skills you need to succeed in this role: 

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
• One year of similar work experience in customer service utilizing Oracle, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
• Previous window sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and operate basic hand tools.
• Basic math skills
• Work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn new computer software programs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to include weekends
• Read/Write and/or Understand the English language.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling
• May be required to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Overtime may be required, including weekends
• Multiple phone lines.
