As vice president, trade, Pam Hoppel is accountable for creating and implementing a holistic trade and international vision and strategy that delivers profitable, above-market sales growth and margin expansion for Delta Faucet Company. As the leader of the trade team, she directs the development and maintenance of the long-range plan for trade sales, market share, financial requirements, human resource needs, and organizational plans. In conjunction with the strategy team, Pam develops and executes a pipeline of new opportunities to extend share leadership in legacy segments and expand into new categories.
Pam joined DFC in 2019 as vice president, retail, bringing a broad range of expertise to the organization. Under her leadership, DFC was named The Home Depot Marketing Partner of the Year – a first for the Company.
Prior to her role at DFC, Pam served as president and general manager for Kidde, one of America's largest manufacturers of smoke alarms and fire safety products. She was responsible for leading profitable growth by setting their global product and business strategy. Before becoming president, she held several leadership roles within UTC Climate, Controls & Security, including executive director of product management for Carrier Corporation.
Pam holds a master’s degree in communication and a bachelor’s degree in English from Ball State University. Pam leads the Company’s diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. In addition, she currently serves on the Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
