As vice president, product, Erin Beyer drives Delta Faucet Company’s product vision, strategy, and development of critical capabilities needed to advance the Company’s position as an innovation leader. She leads the product and engineering teams responsible for new product development – from initial concept development to multi-channel launch.
Erin rejoined DFC from Masco Corporation where she served as vice president of corporate strategic development. In this role, she was responsible for managing the long-range planning process, partnering with corporate development to create inorganic growth strategies and evaluate growth opportunities, and facilitating cross-business unit collaboration. Previously, Erin held a variety of roles at DFC, most recently as vice president, information services (IS). As the leader of the IS team, she was responsible for the creation and implementation of the IS long-term roadmap to realize value and competitive advantage from technology investments and execution of projects spanning diverse business processes, including digital, operations, information security, and business intelligence.
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and international business from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.
