Erin Beyer’s mission is to advance Delta Faucet Company’s position as a branded product leader. As vice president, product, she drives the Company’s product vision, strategy and development of critical capabilities, and leads the product and engineering teams responsible for new product development – from initial concept to multi-channel launch.
Erin rejoined DFC from Masco Corporation, where she served as vice president of corporate strategic development. In this role, she was responsible for managing the long-range planning process, partnering with corporate development to create inorganic growth strategies and evaluate growth opportunities, as well as facilitate cross-business unit collaboration. Previously, Erin held a variety of roles at DFC, most recently as vice president, information services (IS). As the leader of the IS team, she was responsible for the creation and implementation of the long-term IS roadmap.
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, and international business from Indiana University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Erin currently leads the Company’s diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. She helped establish DFC’s Women In Leadership employee network, eventually serving as the executive sponsor.
Erin enjoys activities in and on the water, including swimming, paddleboarding, and other related sports. Erin’s family likes to try new things and take chances, and they recently added a new family member—a puppy fittingly named Chance.
