- It starts with you. Explore our open positions and begin crafting your career with us.
- Upload your resume/CV (cover letters are optional)
- Upon completion, you'll receive an email confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted
- Once you are selected for an interview, we will contact you to arrange a date/time that works with your schedule
- Your interview will take place by phone, video or in person with recruiter and/or hiring manger
- If you receive an offer, we ask that you carefully consider the total offer package
- An assigned recruiter will walk you through the details of the offer and provide you the opportunity to ask questions and ensure our proposal aligns with your expectations. Our goal is complete satisfaction and fairness for both you and BrassCraft Manufacturing Company.

- Begin your pre-employment process (drug and background screen generally completes within 7 days)

Interview Tips
Before the Interview
- Prepare a resume or work history that demonstrates how your experience and skills will benefit BrassCraft.
- Get to know us and our team at About Us - BrassCraft.
- Carefully review the job description and learn about our products.
- Prepare questions about our company and the opportunity for your interviewers.
- Compare our job requirements to your experience and show us why you’re a good fit.
- We will send you an email in advance with details of your interview (phone, video, on-site). Please review it carefully.
- Think ahead: Map out your route to our office to ensure on time arrival.
Day of the Interview
- Arrive early. On time arrival shows reliability.
- Bring a copy of your resume/CV.
- Your interview will consist of behavior-based questions.
- Share specific examples of your prior success that will help us understand your background and capabilities.
- Use the STAR method in answering behavioral questions (Situation, Task, Action, and Results).
- Take a few seconds to think of an example to answer the question
- Give only one example per question
- This will allow you to highlight your skills and accomplishments
- Keep your answers concise and focused to avoid long stories/examples which do not answer the question
- You’ll be given time to ask questions, and we hope you will. It demonstrates real interest.
- Tell us why you’re interested in the position and ask about next steps.
- Thank your interviewer as your meeting is ending.
After the Interview
- We make every effort toward timeliness in our interactions with our candidates. You can expect an update from us within a week after your interview(s).
- We like it when candidates follow up with us. Feel free to send us an email sharing your thanks, continued interest, or questions.
- Please note: If your candidacy status changes (i.e. receive an offer or accept another position) during this process, please provide the professional courtesy of letting us know of your change.
