The Council is also a key advisory partner to the organization on approaching workplace processes and community partnerships with a DEI lens. Our Executive Leadership Team serves on the Council’s Steering Committee.
For years, we’ve collaborated with several national diversity partners that provide targeted expertise and support through forums; educational workshops; safe spaces for open dialogue; leadership development opportunities; and storytelling panels to provide greater awareness around barriers and adversities faced by historically underrepresented groups.
